Cultural autonomy as a form of non-territorial self-government of national minorities is mostly discussed, without exact data. Even when data exist, they are neglected and interpreted unilaterally in public policies. How to get this kind of data and what kind of research do we need? How to apply them in public policies and society? The debate continues.
